corePurpose1.0+ Learning Modules
As we start our journey, individuals discover that God has created every person with a unique purpose and calling, and begin a journey toward understanding how their gifts and talents, choices, and faith can shape their future. The “1/8 Inch Principle” teaches individuals how to make better decisions in light of their purpose and how to get back on track after setbacks so they can achieve their future goals and, ultimately, their purpose in life.
Module 1: Understanding Purpose
In this module, individuals learn how to move from a “Crisis Model” (a fixed mindset based on fear, limitation, and dependency) to an “Investment Model” (a growth mindset based on faith-filled initiative). Through biblical principles and neuroscience-informed learning, participants begin renewing the way they think so they can embrace change, overcome obstacles, and move forward with greater agency and trust in God’s purpose for their lives.
Module 2: The Growth Mindset
Healthy relationships are an important part of God’s design for our lives and play a vital role in helping us fulfill our purpose. In this module, individuals learn how to build healthy relationships rooted in love, kindness, mutual respect, and faithfulness. They gain a deeper understanding of how to safeguard personal boundaries and emotional health, as they invest in stable, life-giving relationships that reflect the character of Christ.
Module 3: Healthy Relationships
In this module, individuals gain a deeper understanding of how God designed the brain and emotions to work together, and how unmanaged emotions can negatively influence decisions and life outcomes. Individuals learn how to improve their emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to delay gratification, two key ingredients necessary to fulfill one’s purpose, by cultivating a life marked by peace, patience, and self-control.
Module 4: Emotional Intelligence
In this fun and insightful module, individuals explore personality development using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to gain greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of how God uniquely created each person. As they learn to appreciate and embrace different personality traits and perspectives, they can build healthier relationships and show greater kindness, empathy, and understanding toward others.
Module 5: Personal Growth
In this module, individuals discover how integrity, honesty, and compassion are essential foundations for fulfilling God’s purpose and building healthy, trustworthy relationships. They learn how prejudice, discrimination, and unhealthy thinking patterns can hinder empathy and problem-solving, while learning how kindness, caring, and Christ-like compassion results in positive change to their brain and the lives of those around them.

This powerful module helps individuals embrace a healthier, faith-filled growth mindset and overcome past trauma that may be preventing them from fully stepping into God’s purpose for their lives. They discover the healing power of joy, and learn how the renewing of the mind can free them from the weight of the past so they can move forward with unshakeable faith in God’s goodness and plan for their future.

In this inspiring final module, individuals explore what it means to live a life that honors God and leaves a lasting, positive legacy for others. Through powerful stories and practical application, they gain a renewed sense of hope for the future, as they discover how fulfilling their God-given purpose can impact future generations and reflect the love of Christ to the world around them.
